Lanka Kand Part 6 | Ravana Enters
The war intensifies as Meghnath unleashes his full power, but Lakshman rises to end him. Ravana prepares for his final battle.

The Fall of Kumbhkaran
Even after losing his head, Kumbhkaran’s body kept moving.
Ram struck again.
The giant body was cut into two parts.
Still, as it fell, it crushed many monkeys and bears beneath it.
Finally
Kumbhkaran was gone.
The battlefield fell silent for a moment.
The Night of Loss
Evening arrived.
The air was heavy.
Sweat.
Blood.
Broken weapons.
Dead bodies.
Bones scattered everywhere.
It was horrifying.
Both armies returned to their camps.
But one thing had changed.
Ram’s army now believed in him more than ever.
Ravana’s Grief
In Lanka, Ravana stood beside Kumbhkaran’s head.
He cried.
The palace echoed with sorrow.
Women wept.
Sages prepared for last rites.
Meghnath stood beside his father.
Strong.
Silent.
Then he spoke:
You will see what you have never seen before.
He left.
And prepared for next day.
Meghnath Returns
The next morning
War began again.
Monkeys attacked all four gates.
Meghnath arrived in his magical chariot.
This time, he came prepared.
Weapons flew through the air.
Blood followed every strike.
But this time, it was different.
Meghnath created magical traps.
Invisible barriers.
Fences of illusion.
Even Hanuman, Sugreev and others struggled.
Lakshman, Sugreev and Vibhishan were badly injured.
Ram is Trapped
Meghnath moved toward Ram.
He released arrows that looked like living snakes.
Those arrows wrapped around Ram.
Binding him.
Stopping him.
Then Meghnath stood above them
Mocking.
Cursing.
Jambavan Strikes Back
Jambavan watched quietly.
Then he mocked Meghnath.
Meghnath ignored him.
I leave you alive because you are old.
He threw a massive trishul toward Jambavan.
But Jambavan did something unexpected.
He caught it.
Turned its power.
And hurled it back.
The strike hit Meghnath.
He fell.
Jambavan grabbed him and slammed him to the ground.
Again and again.
Then threw him far away.
Breaking the Illusion
At that moment, eagles from Ram’s army attacked.
They freed everyone trapped by Meghnath’s magic.
The battlefield shifted again.
Meghnath’s Last Plan
When Meghnath regained consciousness, he returned to Ravana.
Ashamed.
He said:
I will perform a yagya.
If completed
He would become unstoppable.
Vibhishan revealed this to Ram.
If the yagya succeeds, no one can defeat him.
Ram gave the order.
The Yagya is Destroyed
Lakshman led the mission.
Hanuman.
Angad.
Warriors.
They reached Meghnath.
He was deep in ritual.
The monkeys destroyed the yagya.
Still
Meghnath did not move.
His focus was unshaken.
Even enemies respected his will.
But the attack continued.
Finally
Meghnath rose from destroyed yagya.
The Final Battle
He charged with his trishul.
Hanuman and Angad tried to stop him.
Both were struck down.
Lakshman stepped forward.
The battle began.
Meghnath moved with magic.
Speed.
Illusion.
No one could touch him.
Even Hanuman and Angad struggled.
Lakshman kept defending.
Watching.
Waiting.
The End of Meghnath
Lakshman’s patience ended.
Enough.
He focused.
Gathered his strength.
Released a powerful weapon.
It struck Meghnath’s chest.
Meghnath fell.
His final breath approaching.
A Warrior’s End
At the moment of death
There was no enemy.
No friend.
Only truth.
Meghnath asked:
Where is Ram?
Where is Lakshman?
Hanuman and Angad stood with respect.
They performed his final rites.
Hanuman carried his body.
Placed it at the gates of Lanka.
With honor.
Ravana Breaks
When Ravana heard
He collapsed.
The Lanka filled with grief once again.
But Ravana stood up.
Calmed himself.
And even gave knowledge of dharma during the last rites.
He was broken
But not defeated.
The Final Entry
Morning came again.
The monkeys attacked.
But this time
Ravana himself stepped forward.
Anyone afraid may leave now.
His army gathered.
Chariots.
Weapons.
Creatures.
Warriors.
Dust filled the sky.
The ground shook.
When Ravana entered the battlefield
Everything changed.
This was not just war anymore.
This was the beginning of the end.
To be continued…
