Lanka Kand Part 4 | Lakshman Falls, Hanuman Rises

Meghnath strikes with his deadliest weapon. Lakshman falls unconscious and Hanuman begins a journey to get Sanjeevani booti.

Hanuman Attack

The End of Illusion

Ram watched carefully.

He waited for the right moment.

Then with calm precision, he broke all the magical tricks of Meghnath.

It felt like Meghnath had already used his strongest weapon.

Lakshman Enters the Battlefield

With Ram’s permission, Lakshman moved forward.

Angad and many monkeys followed him.

Step by step, Ram’s army advanced.

Devils were struck down.
Chariots were broken.

Blood covered the ground.
Bodies lay scattered.
Injured warriors cried while others continued fighting.

Lakshman, just like Ram, waited for the perfect timing to break every illusion.

The Fatal Strike

Meghnath grew desperate.

Furious.

He released a powerful divine weapon.

Ram defended himself.

But in that chaos, the weapon struck Lakshman’s chest.

Lakshman fell instantly.

Unconscious.

Meghnath tried to lift him and carry him to Ravana.

But Lakshman was too heavy.

And time was running out.

Evening came.

Both armies withdrew.

Ram’s Grief

Hanuman carried Lakshman in his arms.

Ram saw him.

Jambavan spoke:

In Lanka there is a physician named Sushen.
Bring him here.

Ram turned to Hanuman.

Hanuman needed no second instruction.

Hanuman Brings the Healer

In sage form, Hanuman entered Lanka again.

Instead of only bringing Sushen…

He brought the entire laboratory.

Medicines.
Herbs.
Equipment.

Sushen examined Lakshman.

Then he said:

Only a special herb from the mountain can save him.

Without delay, Hanuman left.

The Deception of Kalnemi

A spy informed Ravana.

Ravana ordered Kalnemi to stop Hanuman.

Kalnemi already knew Ram would win.

He had advised Ravana before.

But Ravana ignored him.

Kalnemi thought:

Better to die by Ram’s servant than by Ravana’s anger.

He created a beautiful illusion.

A peaceful place with a pond.

Hanuman arrived there, thirsty and exhausted.

Kalnemi tried to delay him.

He offered little water.

Hanuman demanded more.

Kalnemi suggested:

Take a bath in that pond.

Inside the pond was a deadly crocodile.

It grabbed Hanuman’s foot.

Hanuman killed it instantly.

Then he returned.

This is my guru dakshina.

With one swift motion, he wrapped his tail around Kalnemi and ended him.

Then he flew again.

The Mountain Decision

Hanuman reached the mountain of herbs.

But he did not know which plant was correct.

He did not waste time thinking.

He uprooted the entire mountain.

And ran through the night sky carrying it.

The Encounter with Bharat

On the way, he passed near Ayodhya.

Curious, Hanuman paused to see Ram's home.

Bharat saw a massive flying figure at night (Hanuman).

For protection, he shot an arrow.

Hanuman fell, chanting Ram’s name.

Bharat rushed forward.

When he heard Ram’s name, he was filled with regret.

He embraced Hanuman and prayed:

If Ram is with me, remove his pain.

Hanuman regained strength.

Bharat asked about Ram, Lakshman and Sita.

When he heard everything, he felt ashamed.

Even with armies and wealth, I could not help my brother.

But time was short.

Bharat showed Hanuman a powerful tool to help him reach Lanka faster.

Hanuman was amazed.

With Bharat’s help, he launched back toward Lanka.

The night sky trembled.

Lakshman’s life depended on Hanuman.
